A special treat in our house is Greg’s famous Red Salad. Watermelon, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries and sometimes with the addition of apple and passionfruit. We have this dish for special occasions in the summer, including Christmas. I was trying to think of another cool Aussie Christmas colour way and “Dad’s Red Salad” came up! We hope you try it!

The main 100g skein is a riot of Christmassy colours with an Aussie twist…,all the pink, plum, Burgundy and pink leaning red dyes I have in my collection. The 20g violet Fireworks sparkle mini skein represents the blueberries!

You will receive one 100g Jubilee Sock skein and one 20g Fireworks sparkle Sock mini skein.

Circus Tonic Handmade Jubilee Sock is a 75% Merino and 25% nylon superwash specialty sock yarn. Perfect for hand knitted socks and shawls, this yarn is easy care and a winning crowd pleaser. May be held double with thicker yarns for a pop of colour or used on its own for the snazziest socks in town.
