Treat yourself or someone special to our Winter Solstice Box! We have curated this box with beautiful things we would love on a cold beautiful Winter Solstice morning while we wonder at the fact that half the year has already sped past!

Our Finest Boxes contain:

A beautiful handmade vessel by local-to-me ceramics artist Andrina Wright of the Hill Street Shed in Port Elliot, South Australia. Some pieces are dimple mugs, others are mugs with handles, others are taller dimpled tumblers. Each piece is handmade, unique and tactile with beautiful decorative glazes. These are a real treat!

A Haigh’s milk chocolate heart and two luxury T2 teas.

One of our best selling Tuft Woolens Knitter’s Hand Balms. We can’t keep them in stock!

A hand dyed skein of yet to be released Gathering Cashmere Sock yarn in the colour Brush Bronzewing which was designed to complement Andrina’s beautiful pottery glaze colours.

Our new Gathering Cashmere Sock yarn is a blend of 80% Superwash Merino, 10% Cashmere and 10% Nylon. We have never carried an “MCN” base before we found this 2 ply bouncy yarn with a good tight twist. This yarn would make the most brilliant luxurious socks or shawl which will last far longer than other cashmere blends that are too fragile. We love this new yarn and hope you do too. Brush Bronzewing of course is inspired by the native Australian bird of the same name which on first glance is rather plain but has the most magnificent jewel tones hidden under the wing!

Gathering Cashmere Nylon Fingering is 399 yards/365 m per 100g skein
